As a pet-friendly apartment community, we proudly allow cats and dogs here. Now your pet can relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.
Our Pet Policy
- The Preserve at Woodland allows dogs and cats
- We welcome pets upon approval
- Pets must have a combined weight of 100 lbs. or less
- Please inquire with our leasing staff regarding breed restrictions.
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
Pet Fees
- $300 non-refundable pet fee for one pet, $500 non-refundable pet fee for two pets
- Pet rent is $30/month for cats and $50/month for dogs (there is a 2-pet maximum and monthly fees are per pet)
