As a pet-friendly apartment community, we proudly allow cats and dogs here. Now your pet can relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

The Preserve at Woodland allows dogs and cats
We welcome pets upon approval
Pets must have a combined weight of 100 lbs. or less
Please inquire with our leasing staff regarding breed restrictions.
There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment

Pet Fees

The monthly pet fee is $30/month, per pet.
The one-time non-refundable pet fee is $300 for 1 pet or $500 for 2 pets.

So me and my fiancee have been here for about a month now and it’s been an amazing experience.The neighborhood is really quiet and the neighbors are pretty chill as well.I feel like we made the right choice for our first apartment. I can’t really complain about anything here but before I forget to mention the rent is kinda cheap here so yeah quiet and affordable gotta love it.

I have lived here for 4 years and have been very happy. We have an amazing office staff, and excellent maintenance crew. Our apartments are spacious and very affordable. Our great location is near both malls and lots of great restaurants! We have an indoor heated pool and hot tub along with a very nice fitness facility and beautiful clubhouse! Don't miss out on visiting this hidden gem!
