We’ve been very satisfied with The Preserve at Woodland. With this being our first apartment since we moved to Grand Rapids, we weren’t sure how the move would be. The maintenance and office staff have exceeded our expectations greatly tho and we couldn’t recommend choosing The Preserve at Woodland more.

juust moved into the area, nice staff and well maintained apartments. The location is nice and right by a ton of stores and a mall. Easy drive to both the airport and downtown Grand Rapids. There is no in unit laundry, however the free covered parking is a huge plus (especially in the lake-effect snowy winters in the area).

Recently moved into The Preserves Woodland. The Apartment units have a nice modern and clean look to them. The Clubhouse is newly renovated and spacious. The Apartment complex location is superb, being so close to the mall and and Calvin University.

The care and compassion of the leasing and maintenance staff here is incredible. They looked to see what needed to be done and do their best to make sure it is done correctly! Very professional ladies in the office and the communication is excellent!
